We respect the rights of creators. If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, you can send us a notice. We respond to valid notices.
How to send a notice
Email hello@kanbanwp.com with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include all of the following:
- Your contact details: your name, email address and a way to reach you.
- The work: a description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, with a link to the original if one exists.
- The material: the exact URL or URLs on this website where the material appears, so we can find it.
- A good faith statement: a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- An accuracy statement: a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- A signature: your physical or electronic signature.
Notices missing these elements may not be actionable, and we may ask you for more information.
What we do
When we receive a valid notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may pass a copy of the notice to the person who supplied the material and tell them how to respond.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the URL where the material appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We may restore the material if the original sender does not take legal action within a reasonable time.
Please note
Sending a knowingly false notice can carry legal consequences. If you are not sure whether something infringes, consider speaking to a lawyer first.
